Worthless app and customer service

What good is this app if it cant track location of bus, or tell you arrival time or any information???
It is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!
Not impressed by the inability to get any answers from customer service number 877-462-6342 either.
Waiting in rain on bus over hour and customer service said they will get back with me in thirty minutes. Unbelievable!!!
