Personal was rude.

I was traveling from New York to Washington at 6 oclock bus on October 11/2016. After we boarded I site on the up level chair and the driver came up and started to yelling at me asked to move to another seat. I asked him why? he reply that I didnt pay for it. He was rude to me. F feel humiliated and embarrassed. I hope he wont keep treating the customers bad
