I just used the app because the Megabus is late. It told me exactly what time to expect it to depart my station and it was very accurate.

Just like every other aspect of the company, this app is absolutely terrible.

I selected my bus when I was at the bus stop and the bus was late and all it showed was (null) for all the times.

By sheer bad luck, my sons phone died the day I was supposed to pick him up from a Megabus trip. He managed to get a message through that the bus had pulled off the road less than an hour into trip for air conditioning repairs. So I needed to find out if the bus was back on the road and its new ETA. Customer service didnt even know the bus was delayed almost 2 hours, so I think - Ill download the app and see if I can track it! Empty blue screen. Now have no idea, and apparently neither does Megabus, whether their bus is running and when it will arrive. Useless.

Megabus is not worth the hassle. They cant tell you when there are delays and wont refund money. Waited with my teenage son almost three hours the last time. Tonight we are at 2 hrs. I am telling him I will only transport him if he uses Greyhound~they are on time (within a few minutes) and if you book early, they are maybe $10 more than Mega.

No way to purchase tickets within the app anymore! After entering your trip details (departure/destination), it opens the mobile site in Safari and makes you re-enter the trip details again. Whats the point of that?

You can no longer buy tickets within the app itself. All they did was throw in a worthless map. Clicking Buy Tickets opens up the "old app" interface in Safari and you have enter your origin and destination all over again. They should fire whoever approved this update.

Much better UI than version 1. It was slow to load at beginning and I hope that Megabus Keeps improving the app!

The new app allows you to enter your trip details and then clicking "Buy Tickets" redirects you to their mobile site in Safari to enter it all over again Garbage update

Tried to save trip from Sparks, NV to San Francisco, CA. After “Departure” chosen, app assumes “Destination” is in the same state as “Departure”. DUH??? Also takes forever to load.

App Went From Good To Worse Bring The Old App Setting Back You Cant Even Complete A Whole Trip From State To State With The Way This New App Is Set Its Very Disturbing

Not only cant I buy new trips on the app, I cant see what Ive purchased. Yep, gonna probably cancel my trips and even though I get it as credits, the rest of the trip will be happening elsewhere.

The app serves no purpose except to waste your time. Enter all you trip details only to be taken to their bug ridden mobile site to ENTER EVERYTHING AGAIN!! Utter garbage. Believe all the one star reviews.

Its easier and less time to just go on the actual website. I travel a lot and its nice to have apps like this when they work. This just lets you enter your info then routes you to the website where you start the process over again.

This new app is awful. It kicks you right over to the actual website on safari. Whats the point? Why bother even having it? If I could I wouldnt have given any stars.

I cannot believe that Mega Bus has produced an app so utterly useless. Lets start with no way to log in and see your account let alone your scheduled and paid trips! Unbelievable how worthless this non app is...

Whoever made this app should be fired!

This app went from mediocre to completely useless. It does nothing, before you had some options with the app. Youre better off just using your browser to look up and book trips.

Whats the point of the app if its just going to direct me to the website anyway?

The map is pretty but non functional and it takes forever to get to the point of choosing a route. Then it often crashes.
