It does not have canadian cities!?
This app does not include Buffalo NY or the Buffalo Niagara International Airport in Buffalo NY which are full Megabus stops and tickets can be purchased for those locations!!! Also Toronto Canada is not included which again is a Megabus stop location. How many other cities have been missed by the authors??? Do not launch an app and be like Microsoft asking others to help debug your crappy software. Either do it right the first time or dont do it at all!!

Date is not insert able when searching for tickets to buy. Basically I cant buy tickets through the app
Horrible, never gives you the location of the bus and when the departure date is different from the arrival date, The system gives you an error saying you can not choose a departure date in the past.... So if my bus leave tonight and arrives tomorrow morning, i wont be able to track it at all. Please fix this bug!!
This did not help me at all. Just kept telling me it was unavailable and to check back 30 prior to my departure (and its still saying that). This app needs work.

Ive yet to find a use for this app. If there is a way to login as a registered Megabus user, I cant find it, not intuitive. When you hit buy tickets, it opens the mobile website in your browser. So... What is the point of the app then?
This app is one of the worst Ive seen. It takes forever to load (probably because of the pointless map that loads in the background) and essentially sends you to the mobile version of their site once you select the details for your trip. As an aside, the mobile version of the site is atrocious, too.
Called in to Megabus to change bus timing before the one I was on left and received increadibly poor customer service. The person was very rude and had no idea what they were doing, and when I asked to speak with their manager they hung up the phone. I would not recommend booking with them and this has left a very poor impression.
Provides zero functionality. After you waste time entering your trip details it just takes you to the terrible mobile site and makes you start from scratch. I dont understand how an app like this is released? What was the purpose and goal for creating it? Just to say you have an app?
Once you struggle through the horrible interface for selecting your trip and click "Buy Tickets" (without ever being shown the price) the app just sends you to the mobile site where you have to start the process all over again. What a joke!
What good is this app if it cant track location of bus, or tell you arrival time or any information??? It is terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Not impressed by the inability to get any answers from customer service number 877-462-6342 either. Waiting in rain on bus over hour and customer service said they will get back with me in thirty minutes. Unbelievable!!!
I am unsure why all the negativity. I downloaded it to see if I could find my bus as it was 15 minutes late. Installed it and in 1 minute knew the bus was expected to be 75 minutes late, and showed me on the map where it is. I was then able to relax knowing the problem wasnt me being at the wrong pickup spot or something similar. Good app. Unsure what other options are available as it did all I needed.
Will not let me save any trips. Very disappointed!
Useless app ever, never download it. You cant do anything with that app.
