Actually useless. Save yourself 15 minutes and dont use it.

I was expecting to be able to buy tickets from the app. That is the most logical thing you should be able to do with a transportation app that is owned by the company who sells tickets. The only thing helpful about this app is that its better than the mobile website for checking what times are available to purchase a trip. The problem is that once you see what trip is available on the app, then you have to search for it all over again on the mobile website in order to purchase it.

Cant buy tickets, though itll make you think you can by prompting you for several questions, but then sending you to their website to start over again. At least build a web interface into this and make it appear seamless.

Why make an app which does nothing? You can only see routes. No buying tickets, seeing current reservations, account info, help info etc... If you want to buy a ticket it takes to their website. At least carry the data over... pathetic

App crashes whenever I put my trip info in, totally worthless

I agree with each review written so far. This app is more than worthless. It adds a hope that is not there. This app literally can do nothing to help you. Make an app we can book on maybe? I do not understand why Megabus even has this app. It makes the whole company look bad having this app available.

I was traveling from New York to Washington at 6 oclock bus on October 11/2016. After we boarded I site on the up level chair and the driver came up and started to yelling at me asked to move to another seat. I asked him why? he reply that I didnt pay for it. He was rude to me. F feel humiliated and embarrassed. I hope he wont keep treating the customers bad

What is the point of the app if you cannot purchase tickets on it?

Ill be honest. I understand this is a bus service, but seriously. There is no way to track or hold your tickets, no way to purchase rides, I really dont see any need to have this app. I expected to just log in, and save my ticket stub or possibly add to the passbook/wallet. Nope. This company made a app for no reason

How am I supposed to utilize this app? Pointless.

Cant buy tickets from the app and when you do click on the button to buy them, it just takes you to the homepage of the Megabus website. Then to make matters worse, the UI is terrible.

Finally I can see exactly where the bus is and not have to rely on calling customer service. It shows you the bus location in real time!

Always delay, no ways to track your bus, it is just terrible. Not going to take this bus company again

Gets stuck loading and wont let me choose a date. Awful app, dont waste the space on your phone

This app is just useless. You cannot login to you account! Its basically a NOTE app with an ugly interface...
